Healthy Protein Ice Cream Only 2 Ingredients!!

Like ice cream? . . C’mon who doesn’t like ice cream!!! . . Ok well this is really healthy and really REALLY quick and easy to make and only contains 2 ingredients and it’s low in calories, fat and carbs, high in protein and free from nasty chemicals? Like the sound of that? Great!

Ingredients:

1 Pot Low Or No Fat Greek Yoghurt

1 Scoop Chocoalte (or any flavour you like) Whey Protein Powder – (see protein powders below)

 

Directions:

  • Mix the two together
  • Place it in freezer for an hour and a half
  • Remove from freezer and mix it with a spoon
  • Place back in freezer for another hour and a half
  • Remove from freezer and mix it with a spoon
  • Place back in freezer for another hour and a half
  • Remove from freezer and mix it with a spoon
  • DEVOUR!
