I'm a typical country girl who used to live off of big Texan portions of really nice tasting but really unhealthy junk food... well of course I piled on the pounds in my mid twenties and ballooned to 218 pounds!
What followed was years of depression, comfort eating and falling for every fad diet under the sun. I HATED myself and was disgusted by my body! Anyway, I eventually managed to lose 71 pounds and keep it off!
