drink alcohol and dietOk I’m not 100% sure where I actually stand on this. Let me explain. Most of us like a drink at weekend or occasionally. Personally for me it’s one night per week but everyone is different.

I came across an article in the Chicago Sun Times today that actually went about showing you how to incorporate drinking INTO your diet! Hmm!

Maybe there might just be a few tips in there to reduce the dietary impact any drinking that you happen to do? Anyway see what you think:
